Michelle Konstantinovsky is a San Francisco-born, Bay Area-based journalist, author, and content writer.

A graduate of UC Berkeley’s Graduate School of Journalism, she writes extensively on body image, health, pop culture, and entertainment, as well as lifestyle, design, and tech. She has also served as Senior Content Writer at One Medical, Health & Wellness Editor at Fitbit, Content Marketing Consultant at Carrot Fertility, and Contributing Editor at California Home + Design.

Her first book, Sucked In: How '90s and 2000s Diet Culture Altered a Generation's Body Image is coming out in March 2027 from Beacon Press.

Michelle is an avid admirer of 2000’s pop culture, manatees, Bravo TV, and of her super cute husband and daughter.
